1. New Club Executive for 2009

2. The Membership fee will continue at $25.00 a year, and will run from   January 2009 to December 31, 2009
3. The Thomas Winter Orienteering Event will be held on January 18, 2009 at Glen Haffey Conservation Area (the Dingle). Keith and Barb will assist Jeff in setting the course. Christine will ask Kevin if he would like to be the Race Director, and will confirm later.4. A Snowshoe Race will be held (tentatively) on Sunday, January 11, 2009 with Leanne as Race Director. Christine and Sarah have volunteered to help.
5. The Mountain Bike Orienteering Race will be held (tentatively) on May 31, 2009 at Mansfield. Jeff and Keith will set the course, and Barb will be Race Director. This date will be confirmed once permission is granted from Mansfield and the availability of the map.
6. The Club decided to carry out 4 training/practice nights as follows:
       February 26 – Orienteering Training Night – Barb       Â
       March 26 – Orienteering Training Night – Angus
       April 22 – Orienteering Training Night – Nick
        May 13 – MTB Training night – Jeff
7. Keith will look into the purchase of OCAD and the licensing availability for the club.
8. Next tentative meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2009. Â
