1) Don Coates, Treasurer, noted that he has received approximately “8” membership forms to-date.
2) The Caledon Navigator’s Website is almost up and running. The site URL is: http://caledonnavigators.heysport.com/. Note that there is no www required.
3) Discussion took placed regarding memberships involving people who do not want to compete in events. There may be people who just want to be involved with the club, and would like to participate in the runs and the training programs, but do not want to enter competitive events.
4) Nick de St. Croix will price around for race shirts with the club’s colours of silver and burgundy.
5) Upcoming Events:
- Sunday, January, 29 – 8:30 a.m. – Training Run at Palgrave (Duffy’s Lane)
- Thursday, February 16 – 7:00 p.m. – Clinic Night at Caledon Hills Cycling – cost $10.00 per person
- Sunday, February 26 – Certification Day – Practical and Academic – Time and Place to be decided.
- Saturday, March 12 – Heart Lake – Thomass Series – this event will be organized by the Caledon Navigators.
- Sunday, April 30 – Club Meet – there will be a clinic before an informal orienteer course run – there will also be a novice course set up for kids.
